Will he, won’t he? This has been a major question every year when time arrives for the pre-production of a new season of Bigg Boss.
It is already known that Salman Khan ‘will be’ hosting the show which will mark 10th season of the reality show on Colors channel. It will mark Salman’s sixth anniversary in terms of his association with the reality series.
As per sources, the actor has called for a fee hike which is as good as 30%. “One of Salman's conditions was that his fee should be increased. He is one of the reasons the reality show gets a high TRP and the makers don't want to compromise on that. Therefore, they have agreed to give him the hike. He is already the highest paid TV show host.”
Earlier Salman Khan was getting 6-8 crore Rupees per episode, now, 30% fee hike is surely going to burn a hole in the pocket of the producers. Rumours of Salman keen to host the Indian adaptation of a show called Farm have come up, which he has requested the channel to work on.
Wonder how much the actor will end up cashing in on that show, if and when it happens!
