    This Emotional Message by ‘Ye Rishta…’ Actor Karan Mehra for His Fans Will Leave You in Tears

    Television actor Karan Mehra, popularly known as Naitik from serial ‘Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ has bid adieu to his show. After playing the lead for almost seven years; the actor decided to quit the show due to his health issues.
    Recently, Karan Mehra posted an emotional message on his Facebook page. In the message, the actor couldn’t stop thanking his fans for the love showered upon him for so many years.
    Karan Mehra said, “It is really sad for me to announce that I have shot my last episode of Ye Rishta Kya Kehalata Hai. But of course, my relation with my fans will be the same as it has been for so many years. Life is unpredictable and unfortunately, my journey with ‘Ye Rishta…’ has come to an end. I always wanted to be a part of this show till the end, but it couldn’t be possible. Through this message, I just want to thanks my fans for making Naitik possible. Though, I could not revert to all my fans messages; but all of them were very close to my heart.”
    Shedding more light on his journey, the actor adds, “14 years back, when I came here from Delhi; I never imagined that I would get a character like Naitik. Because of all my fans, the character of Naitik became so popular. In fact, most of the characters of the show got its importance because of such beautiful fans. It’s an emotional journey for me. If I would have all my strength with me I would not have left the show but unfortunately it is not possible now. I request you to keep watching the show. I am just going on a small break. And as an actor I will come back soon with a nice smile. People will keep saying what they want to and I cannot stop them. For me, work is worship and I will keep entertaining you guys.”
    Karan, who has been the part of the show since 2009, announced the news of his exit with his co-stars on June 10, the last day of the shoot.
