Amy Jackson who starred last starred in Singh is Bliing, with Akshay Kumar is all set to feature in Mohit Suri’s Half Girlfriend. The movie has Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor as the leads and is based on the novel written by author Chetan Bhagat, of the same name.
A source informed a popular daily, “Amy plays Samantha Myers, from Bill Gates Foundation, who comes to India with Gates to fund schools in villages. One of the schools in Buxar, Bihar is run by Madhav’s mother Rani Sahiba (Seema Biswas) and it’s for that school that Madhav and Riya contact Samantha for. Amy plays an important part in the second half of the film.”
It is all under wraps at the moment. The movie is currently being shot in Delhi.
