A few years ago there was this whole debate on the term metrosexuality, coined for men who are especially meticulous about their grooming and appearance. In fact this category of men typically spends a significant amount of time and money on shopping to look their best. While some women enjoy such men’s company, a few give them a thumbs down.
In the former category falls VJ and actress Anusha Dandekar. She has been making a lot of news for being in relationship with television actor Karan Kundra. Interestingly, she says her boyfriend is metrosexual and has even gifted him a pink wallet!
It’s a gift which the Thailand tourism ambassador got for her bf from the very destination she’s endorsing. “For the promotional campaign I was taken to Thailand and shown the best places the country has to offer. There, I picked up a unisex leather wallet which is peachy pink in colour. When my near and dear ones saw the wallet they bet that Karan won’t like it (because of the girly pink colour), but I was like he will certainly like it as he is a metrosexul guy and he does carry the wallet beautifully. He just loved my gift!”
Anusha who travelled the length and breadth of Thailand tells Dailybhaskar the one place she would like to visit with her boyfriend, “I would like to stay with him at this beautiful villa in Dhara Dhevi. It’s a two storey house with a pool. It will be a fun time with him there.”
