A man who secretly hides his desires so that you can get the best of things, the one who leaves no stone unturned in giving you the best of life is a Father. While mums can easily express their emotions, daddy's prefer to keep a control over theirs, thus making them look a little stern. While the darling dad's are every daughter's King, they are also the cool buddies of their sons. Fathers are the only ones who can carry the angry young man tag and have the cool dude swag all together!
Here are the Telly Ville celebs cherishing their fond memories they have spent with their darling dads!
Karan Tacker;-It's very hard to share just one incident with my father. I am lucky my father treats me like a buddy, and picks up the phone on me to grab asking me what time I am coming home from work, and let's grab a drink.! He's always been my pillar of strength, and has encouraged me to have an open and honest relationship , is why today my life is transparent with my family. I have been very fortunate that they've let me live with them all these years and let me grow as an individual ..funny is that people are scared of their fathers, but my dad, he's my secret keeper! I am lucky that he's never been over bearing and has always allowed me to find my own spirit. Dad your my rockstar, If I come even half as close to the man you are , I'll consider myself lucky, on this Father's Day, here's clicking you a glass ! Cheers!
Mahhi Vij : My father is very special to me. I get strength from him but he is my weakness. I remember when I used to stay alone with mom in Mumbai, I would call up my father and cry and he used to come down just for me. I can't do anything without him.
Karan Patel:
He's THE MAN for me. We have our differences, but I still remember times I've needed him and he is just a call away even if it's a busy meeting or some urgent affair he has to attend to he is always there for me. There was this one time where we had gone with friends and we ran short of cash. It was the early days and I called him late at night thinking he would shout and not help but he came to where I was to bail us all out and he did this with a smile.

My Dad is my SuperHero!!!! I have so much of him in me!!! No kidding! He definitely is a *Real Hero* in a true sense!! He gave me this life not only once but twice!! As a kid,i used to live with him in Srinagar because he was posted there!! Oh,did i mention,he is a celebrated Inspector General of Police,an IPS officer! Once our house was attacked by the terrorists at about 3 am when i was about 11 years old, that was in the late 90's,the peak of terrorism in Kashmir! He immediately woke me up from my sleep and hid me in that little space under the kitchen slap because there were bullets flying everywhere! If not for his *Superhero* skills,i wouldn't even be here talking to you!!! Thank you,Dad for bein' my best friend,my parent,my GOD, let me just be honest! Happy Father's day!!!! :)
Raghav Juyal;-I remember once I was willing to buy an iPhone of 164 GB. My dad was hell bent on not letting me but that. He was wanting me to buy the 16GB i-Phone. The cutest part was when he innocently said, "Buy the 16GB phone and the rest ek pen drive kareed Lena!" I couldn't stop laughing on his innocence. Also, my dad was also more as a friend to me than a father. He and I used to sneak outside the house from right under my mother's nose and go to the famous momo stall to eat momos in Dehradun. But my mother always caught us red handed and we used to listen to her scoldings like naughty yet innocent little students.
Dharmesh Yelande:-
I strongly remember one incident when I bunked my school and had gone to watch a film. After the film I saw my dad and hid inside a shop. Unfortunately my dad came inside the same shop. He saw me and just gave a smile and told me to go home. This is because he can never hit me. In fact whenever I made a mistake I used tog o to him because I knew that he will never hit me. Secondly I remember one incident when I had to pay my dance class fees. I asked him for it and because he did not have it at that time and thus he had to ask someone for it. After a few days I saw the same man threatening my dad to payback the money. This was that moment which showed my dad's support for me. Thirdly I remember that my dad had a tea stall and I had an Usal-Misal shop. Everyday there used to be a competition between his stall and my stall as to who washes their respective vessels first. And I was the one who daily bought the first tea from my dad's stall.
Prince Gupta:-
There is no particular moment I can think of but every moment I am with my dad is special for me. He is the reason I am what I am. Everyone in my family is an engineer and everyone expected me to be one but when I told my dad that I want to become a dancer he was more than happy to support me. In fact he even understood me when I told him that to become a dancer I cannot get into engineering, I would rather do commerce. he understood my point and gave me full support. All the credit for what ever I am goes to my dad. He even gave me my first car and helped me buy my home in Mumbai. Every now and then he makes a visit to Mumbai to check if I am doing well or no. Happy Father's Day.
Shaleen Bhanot :
Each and Every moment with my father is memorable for me.. He is the Krishna in this Arjun's life, who gives me guidance in every step of life.. my dad is a part of an NGO where they give limps to handicap people completely free with no medical expenses..last month I asked him how he feels when he does such a good deed and he replied, "Think of what they must be feeling Shaleen when these people get there limps back. And they can now life a normal life. Just do good for others." That moment I will never forget .. my dad is my life.. my best friend .. my everything.
Hunar Hale:
Although, my dad passed away 6 years ago. He has always been in my heart and my thoughts. Whether a man resembling my dad came into sight or a voice from a man who sounded like him . I always wished it was my dad and not a stranger. One remarkable thing that I remember was a few years back when I was a little girl . This happened at a parent-teacher meeting in school when I was in the 7th grade I think. My class teacher was dishing out a few complaints about me and my dad was in a good mood I guess so in the middle of her ranting he suddenly burst out laughing! It was priceless. She had to wait till he caught his breath to continue her tirade, while he just pretended to get serious again.
Here's Wishing every darling Daddy, A Very Happy Father's Day!
