Bigg Boss 5' contestant Pooja Mishra on Wednesday filed molestation charges against unidentified persons in Jaipur. She also alleged blackmail and theft by three who were involved in her photo shoot in the city.
An FIR against Mishra has also been filed at Adarsh Nagar police station by the event organiser for not paying the amount due and threatening her.
Officer at Moti Dunagri police station Babu Lal Bishnoi said Mishra was visiting Jaipur for a press conference and photo shoot. In her complaint, she said that on June 10 she addressed a press conference at a saloon, followed by a shoot for a TV show next day. She alleged that the saloon owner Ritu Deshwal -- also the organiser of the event -- delayed the event to increase the bill. The model alleged that Deshwal also stole Rs 2 lakh when she was shooting at the saloon.
She claimed that the photo shoot team -- Harish, Mosin and Suhan -- demanded an unreasonable amount and refused to provide footage of the shoot. The model also stated that on June 13, she was given food laced with drugs and later molested.
Police said a case under section 376 (rape) and 384 (blackmail) of IPC has been registered and they are investigating the matter.
Deshwal, meanwhile, registered a complaint against Mishra in which she alleged the model refused to pay Rs 1.5 lakh for the products and services she availed.
Deshwal claimed representative of Mishra approached them for organising a press conference and shoot. She said the model behaved in inappropriate manner with staff throughout the two-day event and even took products from saloon without asking. She claimed Mishra called her on phone on the night of June 11 and threatened her.
In April 2015, the 'Bigg Boss' contestant had lodged another molestation case in Udaipur. She had alleged that she was offered a drink laced with drugs at a five-star hotel and then molested by an unidentified person.
