Comedian Kapil Sharma's tweet on Wednesday regarding his break from the show Comedy Nights with Kapil ignited too many rumours. Though Kapil has clarified that the reason is his health and he has been advised by the doctor to take bed rest, he did not mention anything about the progress of the show. Besides, there is no transparency on how long will his break be. So, will the show continue without Kapil? Or will it go off-air? In any of the cases, it's a spoiler for the fans of Comedy Nights with Kapil. Undoubtedly, it was a weekend entertainer. In this two-year journey of the show, it has enthralled us in all the ways. Hence, we bring to you what made our weekend so special with Comedy Nights with Kapil

Everything about Kapil Sharma entertained us, be it his singing, instant jokes, pranks, his cute smile or his conversation with the celebrities. At the end, all we wanted was more. Though some made fun of his repeated jokes, surprisingly, they still watched the show to notice it:

Navjot Singh Sidhu's persona was the next best thing that impressed, apart from Kapil. Even if Kapil's jokes failed to make us giggle, watching Sidhu burst out laughing was enough to entertain. His Shayari for every celebrity made a commendable impression on the viewers. Besides, his colourful turban and matching tie added to his charming personality.

Babaji Ka Thullu became famous after Kapil Sharma said it. This has also become a favourite line amongst the kids. You can easily spot people wearing a t-shirt with this inscription on it.

Manju Sharma, enacted by actor Sumona Chakravarti, was another delight to watch. Especially when she entered the stage saying, "Sharma ji..." and then Kapil used to chortle making fun of her lips.

Actor Upasana Singh's entry as Bua ji. The moment when she called herself "22-year-old young and sexy girl" and a few moments later comes to another line "Bittoo... Kaun hai yeh aadmi?"

Dadi's Shagun Ki Pappii. It's a trademark of the show. Portrayed by Ali Asgar, Dadi's role has been one of the favourite characters on the show. How can we forget her drunken act! And then, she saying, "Ituu Sa Tha". After watching her, everyone wished if their dadi's would have been so cool.

Palak (Kiku Sharda) and Pankhudi's Shayari. Besides, her saying Oooooo, Talk to my hand or her extraordinary dancing skills needs no description.

Gutthi, played by Sunil Grover, entertained the audience with her: Kapil –Gutthi, Gutthi-Palak, Palak-Sidhu ji, Sidhu ji- audience, and so, the trail continued. Sunil has proven his versatility by performing roles like Kapil's father-in-law, Kapil's mother-in-law, and other characters on the show.

The centre of attraction of the show: the bakri.

Raju, the servant of Bittoo Sharma played by Chandan Prabhakar, was another extraordinary servant that every person would dream to have as he worked without getting paid.
