Shashi Sumeet Mittal’s ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ completed 1000 episodes recently. To raise a toast to this milestone, the makers threw a bash lately which was attended by members of the cast such as Neelu Vaghela, Anas Rashid, Ashok Lokhande, Karan Goddwani, Deepika Singh, Sehrish Ali, Varun Jain, Rashmi Pitre, Jyoti Sharma, Vindhya Tiwary and Charu Asopa.
The ones who were missed during the occasion were Kanika Maheshwari and Pooja Singh.
Besides the cast and crew of DABH, actress Shraddha Arya, who is a Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions’ loyalist, was also present in her shining glory at the party.
Neelu aka the stern Bhabho chose to break free from her on-screen image and wore a smart black ethnic outfit with dangling earrings and heels. Deepika and Vindhya both wore a trendy cropped top and skirt for the evening.
The soiree was hosted at Westin Hotel in Mumbai.
