At last, we managed to get our hands on some details and pictures of one of the most private celebrity weddings ever known in the TV fraternity. Despite the security measures employed by the bride-to-be to avoid any media scrutiny or coverage, here are some hidden details have come up for you.
So the first thing we would like to share is that Drashti’s sangeet party which happened on Thursday, February 19, was hosted at Vivanta by The Taj located at Cuffe Parade in Mumbai.
On February 20, Drashti had her pithi aka haldi ceremony and had a good time celebrating it with her cousins. She kept her look simple by wearing a turmeric yellow salwar-kameez with a blue dupatta for the ritual.
There was another pre-wedding party that was organized yesterday. As you can see in the pic, Drashti is sporting a pretty maroon lehenga saree and posing with her cousin Jinang Dhami.
And here's a picture of the bride and groom posing with friends on-stage. One of them is actor Nakuul Mehta.
