    Disha Wakhani, the gujarati bahu of SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma has a healthy secret behind herslim and trim figure. Though being a Gujarati she is a big foodie yet this woman knows how to shed all those extra calories.
    Well, Disha has a fixed routine of doing Yoga every morning. In fact she does 100 surya pranams daily! If she doesn’t get time to do all yoga postures she makes it a point to do surya pranams either at home or on the sets.
    Disha Wakhani has acted in various Bollywood movies like Devdas and Jodha Akbar. She played a small role in Khichdi serial as well after which she got lucky to be casted as Jetha’s wife Dayaben.
    Disha has won several awards for her comedy and people just love the way she says ‘Hey Maa Mata Ji!
